life coach do?

A coach:

  • Helps you identify your goals.

  • Helps you achieve your goals.

  • Guides you through change and barriers.

  • Teach you how to make the right decisions for yourself.

  • Will challenge your thinking.

  • Encourages you to step outside your comfort zone.

What does a coach NOT do?

  • A coach will not tell you what to do - instead they will help guide you towards decisions and actions that feel right for you through discussion, brainstorming and reflection.

How are the

sessions held?

We offer a 20 minute initial consultation for free.

After this time, if you wish to book in some 1 hour coaching sessions, these can either be held face to face, or via Skype / Zoom (online meeting).

This means that we are able to offer flexible services to you at any location.

Face to face meetings at an agreed location.
