Fujifilm commissioned Spark Succeed for a 3-month
strategic review and training programme focused on performance management and appraisals. Empowered the HR team with online training resources and support to train staff and managers across a number of UK and worldwide offices.
Working closely with the HR and leadership team we enabled the roll out of video based training to the international workforce.

SpaceNK engaged Liz Hamlet at Spark Succeed to deliver a bespoke keynote speech on "Change is an Opportunity" to their 2 day leadership conference - the first in person event for leaders across UK and Ireland for several years.
